Our comprehensive training includes instructor-led courses for technical subjects dealing with Heavy Equipment and On-Highway Trucks. Topics include, but are not limited to: Hydraulics, Diesel, Electrical, Applied Failure Analysis, Preventive Maintenance, machine specific training, machine family training, engine specific training and air conditioning training that results in EPA required certification.

We also offer computer CAT software application training as well as Caterpillar self-paced computer based training modules. Additionally, we can develop courses tailored to many specific training needs and can preform courses on site or at our Corporate Training Center. Yancey's training courses utilize "pre and post" testing procedures to measure learning and monitor growth. Classes are limited in size for technical courses, as a great portion of the classes will be 'hands on'. Small class sizes have proven to provide greater knowledge retention and allows more instructor attention to the needs of each student. A certificate of completion is awarded to students that pass the post testing and class related practical labs. Excellent training comes from excellent instructors! Our instructors are CAT-certified and industry experienced professionals. These instructors collectively have over 100 years of technical experience as high level technicians. We teach based on real life challenges and situations, leaving our students with useable skill sets and practical experiences, rather than theory and engineering principles. Our goal in training is to improve skill levels, improve productivity and to minimize re-work.
